Roll up a towel, place it on the ground or your bed if it’s firm enough, lie down on this rolled up towel so that it is between your shoulder blades, basically in line with your spine. Lay there on your back on the towel under your spine, between your shoulder blades, with your arms out to your sides for like 15 minutes at least.
Do this a few times a week.
Hopefully there will be an improvement in the stingray situation
